Hi Folks !!,

A Groganite / PEOA member here in the N. California area who calls his business Modern Polygraph at
http://www.modernpolygraph.com/ recently did a marital test of a husband who has an admitted porn addiction. The Pseudo-Examiner, Larry DiPaola, is claimed by the couple to me last night to have sat with the wife, and let her write the test questions. Further, her questions obviously did not meet any standard we would recognize, and were asked as "Opinion" questions such as

-Would you Prefer to have sex with (female porn star name) rather than (wife's name) ?
Believe it or not, she was told he Passed.

She claimed DiPaola told her that he had over "TEN YEARS" experience as an Examiner, and further claimed she began to doubt his expertise during the interview of her about her husband. When she later contacted me I pointed her to the TruthAboutGrogan.org website, and referenced that DiPaola's Polygraph Parasite Papa was none other than Grogan himself, who had recently done a porno movie himself in 10/07 which I discovered in early 2008. I further assured her that she had been taken in a fraud, and that she should sue in small claims where the limit is $7,500.00 in California (I think !)

I have confronted DiPaola before on the phone about his advertising Asylum Testing, when he knows well that he could not qualify under Fed Rule 702; equating to his duping immigrant victims seeking assistance. When I asked him where he got his polygraph training, he claimed to have been in the CIA previously and trained by them, which appears to be another lie. My research shows that he is a 45 pound box boy within the last two years, and otherwise is a failed mortgage broker in Contra Costa County California, and has been PEOA's Member of the Month for no less than the last four months now. What a sick joke !!!!

Pat,

I would like to talk to these people especially if the test or any part of the transaction took place in Contra Costa County. MY number at the DA's office is 925-957-8761.

Larry DiPaola has been dethroned. New PEOA "Member of the Month" is someone identified as Tom Richards.

Here is a video clip of the dipaola farce.

I find it extremely interesting that they show the embroidered Polygraph Examiner shirt Just like his mentor Grogan wears on all his tests.

And his answer about whether it can be beat is just ludicrous. computerized is so sensitive you can't beat it?

Grogan must be so proud of his little fraud minion.
